I am so happy that I don’t have allergies! That is one less thing to worry about and deal with.


So my children have taken social skills classes to learn conversational skills and to make friends. I have always said that I could have used the same thing as a child. I have always been clueless socially and I don’t even have Autism. As an adult, I sometimes need help conversationally. This may be due to my mental illness. Here is a meme that someone posted on schizophrenia.com.

So how is my holiday starting out? I was just sitting here blogging when Federica began speaking to me, in my head. Maybe if Federica did not brag about loving voodoo on her Pinterest page, I would not fear her so much. I would have never linked her to the voices in my head or connected the dots rather! No one believes me!

Federica: You don't have enough proof to prosecute us, so be forewarned!

On the bright side, I am having a low-key holiday at home this year and I have plenty of Xanax! (So there, voices!) I will silence you before you dare to speak and harass me.

So, I refused to sit through The Notebook, but I am always game for watching comedies. There is a moral here. I am spreading the wisdom from the movie Shallow Hal today.

Happy Canada day from an American! I have visited Canada and had a wonderful time there! I saw a lot of  men with ducktails. (This was in the 1980s) I met these guys who kept playing UB40. Every time I hear Red, Red Wine, I think of them!

This meme is true for all rehabs and behavioral health units. Everyone smokes cigarettes like crazy! This reminds me of a childhood friend actually.
