Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it. In high school, my friends and I wanted to do hallucinogens/get high and ultimately hallucinate. Unfortunately I got stuck in a situation where I cannot control or stop it without the help of an antipsychotic.  Is this what I am supposed to be, as it says in the song, or did something go horribly wrong? Hearing voices in your head is not fun! Songs often glamorize it or try to make it sound cool. Take it from me, you don’t want to hear voices in your head, so don’t even experiment with drugs! If I can persuade people not to go down that road, it would be great! This song makes me cry every time.
