Boy, my parents must have been so relieved that I didn't go to UC Santa Cruz with all those hippies! SMH
I don't recognize anyone in this video. Well maybe the hippie baby in the park. There was really only one child living in Isla Vista, when I was there. I heard a rumor that the boy may have been smoking weed and more at a very young age. Sad!
